Drou Rus

Drou Rus is a seasoned project and program manager with extensive experience in investment management and operations. At MFS Investment Management since 2018, Drou has served as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing the End-to-End Trading program and managing upgrades within the Charles River Investment Management System (CR IMS). Prior to this role, Drou was a Program Manager at Cambridge Associates, responsible for the trade management system and successful client migrations. Drou's earlier tenure at Wellington Management spanned from 2000 to 2016, where various leadership positions were held, including Senior Manager roles focused on Investment Operations Applications, Business Intelligence, Disaster Recovery, and Reference Data applications. Drou holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from New Mexico State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer and Information Sciences from The Ohio State University.
