Lauren Luciano

Lauren Luciano has over 15 years of experience in investment management and related fields. Currently serving as VP and Sr. Director of Investment Business Administration at MFS Investment Management since May 2008, Lauren manages non-investment processes and strategic planning for the Investment Department, acting as the primary liaison between the investment team and other departments. Prior to this role, Lauren worked as an Investment Recruiting Coordinator at Fidelity Investments, assisting with recruiting efforts for MBA and undergraduate positions. Earlier professional experiences include coaching women's lacrosse and soccer at Connecticut College and serving as a women's lacrosse coach and teacher with the English Lacrosse Association. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development and Psychology-based Human Relations from Connecticut College.
