Jeff Gebert

Jeff Gebert has extensive experience in the energy trading industry. Jeff is currently the Director of North American Trading at MFT Energy since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Trader/Developer at Rainbow Energy Marketing Corporation from January 2021 to July 2022. In 2020, they worked as a Consultant. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Trader at CWP Energy, where they expanded company operations and trained junior traders. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as an Energy Trader at Rainbow Energy Marketing Corporation, where they helped launch new trading activities and improved power generation units. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant to the Energy Trader at NorthPoint Energy Solutions, where they handled P&L calculations and administered supply and deficits for the province of Saskatchewan.

Jeff Gebert completed a Web Development Bootcamp at Lighthouse Labs from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the University of Regina, completing their studies in 2010. Jeff also obtained a certification called NYMOC (New York Market Orientation Course MT-201) from the New York Independent System Operator in June 2012.
