Ben Bartlett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and management within the fresh produce sector. Currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor at MG Group since January 2024, Ben Bartlett previously held significant leadership roles as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager Australia at J.H.Leavy & Co from April 2014 to October 2023. Earlier positions include Category Manager at Progressive Enterprises Limited and Imports Sales at MG Marketing in New Zealand. Additionally, Ben Bartlett has served as Imports Manager for LaManna Group, focusing on strategic planning and supply chain management. Ben Bartlett holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Nelson Polytechnic and completed the Produce Executive Program at Mt Eliza Business School, along with ongoing leadership education at The Institute for Strategic Leadership.
