Christine Healy

Christine Healy, PhD, SHRM-CP, PHR, CEBS, is an Assistant Professor of Management at Utah Tech University, where responsibilities include developing student career readiness through courses such as Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. In addition, Christine serves as a board member for Switchpoint Community Resource Center and is the founder and Chief Pilot at Healyum Human Resources, focusing on optimizing workforce potential through tailored HR solutions. Christine's experience extends to roles such as member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and course facilitator for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Previous positions include Assistant Director of Human Resources at Southern Utah University, Vice President of Human Resources at Performance Food Group, and HR Director at Sysco, complemented by a robust academic background with a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University.
