Irwan Hidayat

Irwan Hidayat has extensive experience in customer service and reservations within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Reservation - Customer Service professional at MG Group since September 2019, Irwan previously held the position of Guest Service Agent Supervisor at The Akmani Jakarta from September 2016 to September 2019, where responsibilities included assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and handling guest complaints. Prior to this role, Irwan was a Guest Service Agent at Hotel Menteng Group from January 2014 to August 2016, performing similar duties related to guest service and reservation management. Irwan holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Image Management from Universitas Persada Indonesia 'YAI', completed in 2018, and has a vocational education from CINDERA MATA INDAH VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL.
