Costanza Morea serves as the Director of Institutional Clients at M&G Investments since June 2014, providing a comprehensive array of strategies and funds, including infrastructure, real estate, private debt, and sustainable investments specifically tailored for pension funds and financial institutions. Prior to this role, Costanza was the Institutional Sales Manager focused on developing the Italian market for M&G. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Investment & Retirement Consultant at Mercer Management Consulting and working at Credit Suisse Asset Management, where responsibilities included managing the institutional client channel and developing tailored investment solutions. Costanza holds a Master of Science in Finance and Financial Management Services from Università Bocconi.
