Nas Islam

Nas Islam currently serves as the Chief Audit Officer and Interim Chief Risk Officer at M&G Investments, having joined the company in September 2016. In this role, Nas Islam ensures that M&G effectively manages risks in alignment with client, shareholder, and regulatory expectations. Prior to this position, Nas Islam was the Head of Investment Risk & Performance at Henderson Global Investors from April 2010 to August 2016, where responsibilities included analyzing portfolio characteristics and collaborating with fund managers to mitigate overall business risk. Earlier experience includes roles as an Equity Research Analyst and Senior Portfolio Risk Analyst at Morley Fund Management, focusing on quantitative risk analysis and portfolio construction. Nas Islam holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the London Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Warwick, as well as a CFA designation from the UK Society of Investment Professionals.
