Anupma Bhatia

Anupma Bhatia has extensive experience in the field of information security and compliance. Anupma is currently working as the Director of Information & Cyber Security at TRANZACT since April 2016. Prior to this, they worked at AIG as an Associate Information Officer from November 2013 to July 2015. Anupma also has experience as a Project Manager at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey from August 2013 to November 2013. Anupma's earlier experience includes working as an IT Governance and Compliance Manager at AIG from September 2008 to August 2013 and as an Assistant Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services from December 2002 to August 2008. In their roles, they have been responsible for various aspects of IT compliance, internal control framework, and risk management. Anupma holds several certifications including CISA, CRISC, CISM, PCI ISA, and PCIP.

Anupma Bhatia, CISA, CRISC, CISM, PCI ISA, PCIP obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra, graduating in 2002. Anupma Bhatia has also achieved various certifications, including Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) from ISACA in 2020, Payment Card Industry Professional (PCIP) from the PCI Security Standards Council in 2019, Internal Security Assessor (ISA) from the PCI Security Standards Council in 2018, Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control™ (CRISC) from ISACA in 2018, and Certified Information Systems Auditor® (CISA) from ISACA in 2016. Anupma Bhatia also holds certifications in other areas such as COBIT, insurance principles, and Microsoft technologies.
