Eduardo Gonzalez

Eduardo Gonzalez has over 35 years of experience in various roles related to quality assurance, product integrity, and regulatory compliance. Eduardo began their career as a Lab Test Technician at Garret Airesearch Manufacturing Co. in 1979 before joining Mattel as a Project Engineer CPI in 1985. In 1997, they transitioned to Applause as a Manager of Quality Assurance, where they remained until 2005. Eduardo then joined Playalong Toys, a subsidiary of JAKKS Pacific, as a Sr. Director of Product Integrity from 2005 to 2006. Eduardo then moved to MGA Entertainment/Little Tikes, where they held the position of Sr. Director of Quality Assurance from 2006 to 2008. From 2008 to 2012, Eduardo worked at Imperial Toy as a Sr. Director of Product Integrity, responsible for product quality requirements, consumer relations, and global regulatory compliance. Since 2012, they have been with MGA Entertainment as the Sr. Director of Quality, Regulatory Compliance, and Copywriting, overseeing the corporate quality assurance program and managing a team of Quality Engineers and Technical Copywriters.

Eduardo Gonzalez attended El Camino College from 1979 to 1981, where they studied Industrial Engineering/Technology. Prior to that, from 1975 to 1977, they received education at the U.S. Air Force, Chanute AFB in Rantoul, Il, focusing on Avionics Maintenance.
