Nancy Lutzi

Nancy Lutzi, MBA, has extensive work experience in the sales industry. Nancy worked at Mattel from 2008 to 2018, where they held the position of Sales Director National Accounts - Target. In this role, they successfully managed Target business and achieved significant sales volume for various brands. Nancy consistently exceeded company goals and enhanced customer metrics through their leadership of cross-functional business teams. In 2018, Nancy joined MGA Entertainment as the Director of Sales and was later promoted to the position of Senior Director of Sales in May 2022.

Nancy Lutzi, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Monmouth University. Prior to their MBA, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from the same institution.
