Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations Support at MGA Entertainment since June 2001, Ninette has demonstrated strong business acumen and leadership by effectively guiding cross-functional teams to achieve strategic growth initiatives. Prior experience includes seven years at Applause, Inc. & Dakin as the Senior Director of Planning & Product Development, where responsibilities encompassed product scheduling, budgeting, and on-time market delivery. Earlier in the career, Ninette held the position of Director of Manufacturing at Papel Freelance/Russ Berrie & Co., overseeing a team in the ceramic decal application and manufacturing process, focusing on production planning and inventory control.
