Tom Lambas has extensive experience in technical support and software implementation within the medical diagnostics and imaging fields. Currently serving as a Software Support Specialist and previously as a Network and HL7 Interface Support Specialist at MGC Diagnostics since October 2021, Tom has a solid foundation in customer service and technical support, transitioning to the Professional Services team from the Technical Support team. Tom's career at MGC Diagnostics began in January 2002, encompassing roles as an Implementation Specialist and Technical Support Specialist. Prior to MGC Diagnostics, Tom worked as a Field Service Engineer at Kodak Health Imaging and held various positions at Xerox, including Senior Customer Service Engineer and Field Engineer. Tom holds an A.A. Degree in Telecommunications and has studied at Metro State University and St. Mary's University, Minneapolis.
