David has served as a Company Secretary, Chief Financial Officer, Financial Controller, and Group Accountant, overseeing internal and external financial reporting, compliance, and governance. David's background includes working with companies in the resources, exploration, and oil and gas sectors, managing financial functions, system design and implementation, and board reporting. David holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Business Law from Curtin University.
