Saliha ZEKRI is currently working at MGEN as the Responsable pôle Pilotage omnicanal et Performance commerciale. Saliha is also responsible for coordinating transversal projects within the company. With previous experience at Activeo, OUI.sncf, ADT, Teleperformance, and SFR, Saliha has a strong background in project management, team leadership, and customer relations. Saliha holds a Master's degree in Management, Marketing, and Gestions as well as a certification in Green Belt Lean Six Sigma. Their expertise lies in improving customer experience, omnichannel strategies, and commercial development within organizations.
