Iryna Vokalchuk

Iryna Vokalchuk has a diverse work experience in the tech and online business industry. Iryna started their career in 2011 as an Audience Development Manager at MGID Inc. Iryna later transitioned to become a Media Buyer, where they were responsible for email communication and optimizing mobile and desktop traffic. In 2017, they became the Team Leader of Inbound Lead Generation, managing a team of 7 employees and developing revenue forecasts. In 2019, they took on the role of Head of Inbound Clients Support, Publishers at MGID, where they worked on team projects and collaborated with the Quality Assurance department. Iryna then became the Head of Customer Support, Publishers, where they contributed to global business strategy, managed customer experience, and led a team of 8 employees. Currently, they are a WTECH Partner at Wtech Global, a nonprofit community for women leaders in tech and online business.

Iryna Vokalchuk completed their Secondary School education in Mathematics and Computer Science at Vyshhorodsʹka Rayonna Himnaziya "Intelekt" from 1996 to 2006. Iryna later pursued a Magister's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation at Open International University of Human Development "Ukraine" from 2006 to 2012.
