Mykhailo Mosiienko is a seasoned professional in customer support and sales, currently serving as the Head of Inbound Sales & Support at MGID since March 2020. Previous roles include Customer Support Team Lead at Wix.com, Head of Customer Success/Support Consultant at HotelFriend AG, and Head Of Support Consultant at Nustay. Mykhailo has extensive experience in building and managing customer support teams, developing performance metrics, launching support workflows for new products, and integrating helpdesk systems, particularly during tenure at VertaMedia and Adtelligent Inc. With a solid background in customer service management gained through various leadership positions, Mykhailo has successfully implemented customer-oriented strategies and participated actively in sales activities to enhance customer satisfaction. Mykhailo holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Linguistics from G. S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University.
