Jose Maria (Chema) Garcia Riera has extensive work experience spanning over 20 years. Jose Maria (Chema) is currently the Chief Executive Officer at MGL International Group since January 2019. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director at Power Probe, where they focused on making automotive technology accessible and providing innovative solutions for technicians and consumers. From 2012 to 2019, they founded and chaired KPS Soluciones en Energía, S.L. Additionally, from 2005 to 2012, they served as the Director of Marketing at Grupo Temper, overseeing multiple divisions and leading the incorporation of new product families and R&D. Before entering the private sector, they worked as a Technician of Marketing at Phoenix Contact from 2003 to 2005 and as a Project Manager at SERLIDER SOLUCIONES INTEGRALES DE EMPRESA SL from 2001 to 2003, where they contributed to optimizing processes and implementing new technologies for Caja Rural de Asturias. Jose Maria started their career as an Army Veteran in the Spanish Army from 1999 to 2001.
