Gareth Williams

Gareth Williams is an experienced automation professional currently serving as the Automation Manager at MGM MACAU since March 2022. Previously, as the Head of Automation at The House of Dancing Water - Melco, Gareth led the Automation Department for a large theatre-based installation, managing over 120 axes of performer flying and scenery winches. Prior roles include Automation Specialist for the Us and Them Tour with Roger Waters, and Owner/Stage Automation Engineer at Evviva Systems Ltd, where Gareth supplied and operated automation systems for various entertainment sectors. Additionally, Gareth held lead roles in multiple high-profile projects, including the Brit Awards and festivals with notable artists such as Arcade Fire and Mary J. Blige.
