Jerome E.

Jerome E. is an experienced Program Manager and Software Architect in the IT Department at MGM Macau, with a tenure starting from January 2015. Responsibilities include managing business requirements, vendor development, and delivery processes for several key products such as Sugar CRM, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), and Marketing Data Hub (MDH). Prior to MGM Macau, Jerome E. worked at Alcatel-Lucent from January 2007 to December 2014, serving as Software Architect and Product Owner, leading Scrum teams on various products including Trace Collection Entity and W-CDMA Call Trace. Jerome's career began at Nortel Networks in March 2000, focusing on software design in radio frequency engineering. Jerome holds a Master’s degree in Electronic and Computer Science from Polytech Paris-UPMC and a 2 Year University Degree in Physics & Chemistry from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
