Panos Makridis is a seasoned executive in the gaming and compliance sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Credit & Collections at MGM MACAU since August 2017, where previous roles included AVP Finance Compliance. Prior to MGM MACAU, Panos held the position of Vice President of Gaming Product Development - Sales & Marketing at CBL Worktools - Talent Group Asia. Experience also includes senior roles in marketing and sales at Dolphin Products Pty Ltd and a directorial position at SHFL entertainment focused on Table Games & Utilities for the Asia Pacific region. Panos began their career at Crown Resorts, accumulating extensive experience in gaming operations and responsible gaming over nearly a decade.
