Peter Wright is a seasoned professional in entertainment technology with extensive experience in technical management and rigging. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Entertainment Technology at MGM MACAU since December 2022, Peter oversees all technical operations within the entertainment department, utilizing strong leadership and advanced project management skills. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Melco Resorts & Entertainment, where Peter led a team of 54 in managing diverse attractions, and Senior Rigger, where responsibilities included handling AutoCAD drawings and ensuring safety protocols. Peter’s career also encompasses significant positions such as Acrobatic Lead Rigger at Dragone and various roles in aerial performance rigging across multiple companies. Peter holds a Certificate of Higher Education in Business Management from the University of Essex Online and has a City & Guilds qualification in Electrical Installation from Harlow College.
