Marco Monroy is the Founder and CEO of MGM Innova Group, a multinational corporation that specializes in sustainable development and climate change adaptation. Marco has successfully completed over 400 projects worldwide and has offices in multiple countries. Additionally, Marco is also the Founder and CEO of MGM Innova Capital, a private equity and green infrastructure investment group focused on impact investments in Latin America and the Caribbean. Through their work, Marco supports job creation, energy efficiency, and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Prior to their current roles, they founded and served as the CEO of MGM International from 2000 to 2010.
Marco Monroy has a Master's degree in Legal Studies, General from the American University Washington College of Law. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from the Universidad del Rosario.

MGM SUSTAINABLE ENERGY FUND (MSEF) has successfully invested USD 70M in 28 projects in 6 LAC countries. 2. MGM SUSTAINABLE ENERGY FUND II (MSEF II), a follow-on fund to MSEF and currently in fundraising stage, has a target size of USD 200M and will carry out impact investments in Latin America, the Caribbean and selected countries in South East Asia.
