Erica Pugsley currently serves as the Casino Marketing Manager at MGM National Harbor, having been promoted to this role in November 2016. Pugsley leads a team of 12 employees, overseeing daily operations of the VIP Services department, which supports the casino’s largest guest accounts. Responsibilities include evaluating guest play, creating unique experiences for VIPs, and analyzing data for marketing effectiveness. Previously, Pugsley held the role of Assistant Manager VIP Services, contributing significantly to the establishment of operational procedures during the grand opening, and has experience in various positions across the hospitality and marketing sectors.
