Layton Ladnier

Layton Ladnier currently serves as the Manager of Workforce Management at MGM National Harbor, a position held since May 2023. Prior experience includes nearly eight years at Beau Rivage Resort & Casino, where Layton progressed through roles from Customer Care Coordinator to Workforce Management Supervisor, overseeing staffing and scheduling across various departments. Previous positions at Walmart as a Pharmacy Technician and at Pizza Inn as a Server provided foundational customer service and operational experience. Layton holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi and an Associate of Arts degree from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.
