Brian Phillips

Brian Phillips has accumulated extensive experience in the gaming and hospitality industry, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Development at MGM Resorts International since December 2025. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Vice President of Player Development at Seminole Gaming from September 2018 to December 2025, and served as Vice President of New Markets at Mohegan Sun from March 2017 to August 2018. Brian’s career began at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek, where responsibilities as Executive Casino Host lasted from January 2008 to January 2015, followed by a role as Customer Development Executive at Baha Mar in early 2015.
