Charles Pierce

Charles Pierce is a seasoned wireless network and IT systems engineer with extensive experience in delivering and managing advanced wireless solutions across various sectors. Currently serving as the Lead Wireless Network Engineer at MGM Resorts International since March 2016, Charles oversees a large-scale infrastructure of over 21,000 access points and 40 wireless LAN controllers. Prior roles include IT Systems Engineer/Wireless Network Engineer at Lakeland Regional Health System, where Charles managed significant projects valued at up to $250K, and IT Support Technician at Four Winds Casino Resort.
