Juan Portillo

Juan Portillo is an experienced surveillance professional currently serving as the Director of Surveillance at Mandalay Bay for MGM Resorts International since April 2024. Prior roles include Surveillance Manager at ARIA Hotel & Casino, Surveillance Shift Manager at Resorts World Las Vegas, and various supervisory and managerial positions at other notable establishments including Park MGM and Encore Boston Harbor. Juan began a career in asset protection and loss prevention, initially working at Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstrom. Juan's educational background includes studies at the College of Southern Nevada.
