Justin Andrews is an experienced gaming and marketing professional with a notable career spanning over a decade in the hospitality and casino industries. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Gaming Operations and Marketing at MGM Resorts International since October 2024, Justin has previously held the position of Vice President of Casino Marketing at ARIA Resort & Casino and various leadership roles at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, including Vice President of National Marketing and Vice President of Slot Operations and Marketing. Early career experience includes roles at Treasure Island Hotel & Casino and Bellagio, as well as a business consultancy position with AOC Solutions. Justin's foundation in economics and international relations was established with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
