Marc Cassell

Marc Cassell serves as the Vice President of Corporate Security Operations at MGM Resorts International, overseeing security and safety teams across the Las Vegas Strip since July 2018. Cassell's extensive experience in law enforcement spans over 25 years, including roles as Acting Chief of Police, Acting Deputy Chief, and Police Captain within the City of Henderson Police Department. Cassell's expertise encompasses police administration, project management, crisis mitigation, and community engagement, along with significant accomplishments in organizational innovation and major event planning. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice from Redlands Community College, supplemented by further studies at Northwestern University.
