Steven Tognoli

Steven Tognoli currently serves as the Senior Manager of Security Operations at MGM Resorts International since April 2022 and has held the position of Security Supervisor (on call) for T-Mobile Arena and the Las Vegas Golden Knights since March 2018. In addition to his role at MGM, Steven has been the owner of SLT Consulting since July 2011, focusing on public safety and community preparedness. His past experience includes roles such as Security Supervisor/Operations at T-Mobile Arena, Custom Protection Officer at G4S, Security Project Manager for the City of Yerington, and Deputy Chief of Operations for East Fork Fire and Paramedic Districts. Steven's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business from Bellevue University.
