Teresa Emigh

Teresa Emigh is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in loyalty program management and customer insights within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Executive Director of Loyalty Financial Partnerships at MGM Resorts International since January 2018, Teresa oversees the M life Rewards Mastercard and MGM's Gift Card program, managing both strategy and operations with P&L responsibility. Prior experience includes directing CRM, Loyalty, and Insights for Sonesta Hotels, where Teresa launched the Sonesta Travel Pass loyalty program and implemented customer retention initiatives. Additional roles include positions at Kimpton Hotels and Gartner, where Teresa conducted market research and developed actionable insights that improved guest experiences. Teresa holds a Master’s Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Cornell University and a BA in Psychology from Penn State University.
