Heidi Coleman has over two decades of diverse professional experience encompassing roles in the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included leadership, training, and personnel management. Following active duty, Heidi served as a Veterans Agent for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and has been involved in slot operations at MGM Springfield since July 2018.
