Dave Eckstein

Dave Eckstein has extensive experience in the gaming industry, currently serving as the Director of Slot Operations at Boyd Gaming since September 1998. In this role, Dave oversees all aspects of the Slot Department, including machine purchasing, placement, budget management, repairs, guest relations, and casino floor layout. Prior positions at Boyd Gaming include Slot Manager and Slot Repair Manager, where responsibilities involved managing Slot Technician staff and communicating compliance with regulators. Before joining Boyd Gaming, Dave worked at Hallmark Cards as a Safety Environmental Manager. Dave holds an Automotive and Electronics Technology Certificate from the Wichita Automotive and Electronics Institute, earned between 1983 and 1984.
