Karen Phillips

Karen Phillips worked as the Director of Hotel Operations at MGM Springfield starting in March 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Hotel Operations Manager at The Signature at MGM Grand from September 2014 to March 2018.

From 1992 to 1996, Karen Phillips attended the University of Houston, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management.
