Andy Ly

Andy Ly currently serves as the Plant Manager for MGM Transformers, overseeing operations since May 2024. Prior to this role, Andy held various positions at ESL Power Systems, Inc. from April 2020 to May 2024, including Director of Engineering, Engineering Manager, and Research and Development Manager, where responsibilities included leading a team of engineers, improving documentation processes, and managing significant cost-saving initiatives. Andy has substantial experience in engineering management, having previously worked with Power Distribution, Inc. and Haas Automation, Inc., focusing on product design, compliance, and quality assurance. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California State University, Northridge.
