Brian Dawson

Brian Dawson serves as a member of the Board of Directors for AQUILA Built Health and holds several advisory roles for MGO Systems, Spacedrip, and KODEA, all since late 2022. Brian is the CEO and founder of Nomad Modular LLC and the co-founder of Kodasema LLC, both of which have been active since early 2019 and late 2020, respectively. Previous positions include LATAM Head at Black Buffalo 3D Corporation and President of Big Sun Modular. Brian also led MADi Home as US Head and was a managing member at Fifth Quadrant Analytics from 2012 until January 2019. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School, corporate governance training at Wharton Executive Education, and an advanced management program at INSEAD.
