Cynthia Pon

Cindy is a Partner in the San Francisco Bay Area office of MGO and has been instrumental in the establishment and growth of the firm’s San Francisco Bay Area assurance practice. This practice serves local governments including cities, counties, special districts and retirement systems; non-profit organizations; and for profit corporations by providing assurance, advisory and business outsourcing services.

In 2013, Cindy was selected as MGO’s first Chief Operating Officer. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of MGO and ensuring the firm continues to meet the rigorous standards of today’s professional services firms. Cindy also serves clients as one of the firm’s technical review partners, providing research and expert counsel on complex accounting and auditing issues. Her industry experience includes healthcare, nonprofits, and state and local governments. Cindy also serves as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
