Kevin K. Starkey

Kevin has served MGO for 14 years in the firm’s public services group and has expertise in leading large, complex municipal audits. In 2011, he became office managing director for the firm’s San Diego office, focusing his talents on serving the City and County of San Diego among other premier clients in the region.
