Charles Pickman

Charles Pickman is an experienced professional in the food industry with a strong background in operations management and food safety. Currently serving as the Textured Protein Operations Manager at MGP Ingredients since December 2020, Charles has previously held the position of Production Manager at Johnsonville from November 2017 to October 2020 and worked as the Food Safety/Sanitation Program Manager at Kellogg Company from October 2012 to November 2017. Charles also has experience as an Operations Manager at Cereal Ingredients, Inc. from 2003 to 2012. Charles holds a Master of Science in Food Science from Kansas State University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the same institution, and has additional education from Kansas City Kansas Community College.
