Karen Beckett

Karen Beckett, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director and Performance Coach at KanEquip, Inc. since April 2022. Prior to this role, Karen was the Human Resources Manager at Southwest Publishing and Mailing from December 2020 to April 2022. Karen's extensive experience in human resources began in 1998, holding various managerial positions at AgJunction, Inc., including Director of Human Resources from March 2013 to December 2020, where responsibilities encompassed all HR functions on a global scale. Earlier roles included Human Resources Manager and Safety Coordinator at AgJunction and another organization from February 2004 to January 2004, where oversight included strategic HR planning, employee relations, and safety programs.
