Kelly Graham

Kelly Graham, SHRM-SCP, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Employee Relations at MGP Ingredients, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Kelly was the Human Resources Manager at Luxco, Inc. from March 2020 to January 2023, managing HR functions across multiple locations, including employee relations and benefits administration. Kelly has extensive experience in human resources, previously serving as the Director of Human Resources at Magnolia Hotels and holding HR management roles at Millennium & Copthorne Hotels and Luxco: Spirited Brands. Earlier career positions include HR Assistant roles at various organizations and a notable internship at Hortica.
