Michael Paladini began their work experience in 2005 as an Agent Trainee at William Morris Endeavor. Michael then worked at salesforce.com, starting in 2010 as a Director and eventually becoming responsible for various tasks such as leading the GTM strategy and retaining global revenue for Marketing Cloud. In 2014, Paladini founded Bear Mattress and served as its Founder until 2023. In the same year, they also became the CEO and Founder of Penelope Bourbon. Most recently, starting in 2023, Paladini has been working as the VP of Strategy at MGP Ingredients.
Michael Paladini graduated from Siena College in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science and Government. Michael also briefly studied at Universidad de Granada in 2002, but did not obtain a degree or have a field of study specified.
