Mike Templin

Mike Templin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mike began their career as a Chemical Engineering Co-Op at The Shepherd Color Company in 2003. From there, they joined Coolant Control Inc as a Technical Service employee in 2006. In 2008, they became a Shift Supervisor at Lawrenceburg Distillers Indiana LLC, and then transitioned to the role of Dryer House Process Engineer at Lawrrenceburg Distillers Indiana in 2010. Templin joined MGP Ingredients in 2012, starting as a Shift Manager and later progressing to Operations Manager and Plant Manager. From 2019 until 2022, they served as the General Manager and Master Distiller at MGP Ingredients before becoming the Director of Distillery Operations. Templin's work experience showcases their expertise in operations management, engineering, and the distillery industry.

Mike Templin earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Xavier University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Toledo, from 2000 to 2005. In addition, Mike also holds a certification as a Microsoft Office Specialist in Excel 2016, which was obtained in 2019.
