Mr. Siwak joined the board in June 2022. He is the Chief Business Officer for North America for the Ferrero Group, a global sweet snacking company, a role he assumed in September 2021 after serving as the Chief Executive Officer of affiliated company Ferrara Candy Co. since April 2013.
From April 2009 until March 2013, Mr. Siwak was an operating partner for L Catteron Partners, a consumer-focused private equity group. He was founding partner of Mindseye Group, a private equity group, from August 2005 until April 2007. Prior, Mr. Siwak was the Chief Executive Officer of TRG Accessories, a manufacturer of luggage and travel gear, beginning in December 1999.
