Nimisha Ganesh

Nimisha Ganesh is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Director of Strategy for Social Impact Solutions at MGT since March 2023 and as a NationalSwell Council Member since April 2022. Previously, Nimisha co-founded and held the position of COO at GenUnity from November 2019 to March 2023, focusing on equitable community leadership programs. At Kitamba, between August 2016 and August 2019, leadership involved driving strategy and implementation of impactful initiatives for public school districts and nonprofits. Early career experience includes roles at Goldman Sachs and Yale University School of Medicine, where valuable analytical and research skills were developed. Nimisha holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering and Political Science from Yale University.
