Francis Kay

Francis Kay is an Operations Director at MGT Teesside, having transitioned to this role in March 2024. Previously, Francis has served as Operations Manager at SUEZ UK/Sembcorp UK since July 2015, bringing 15 years of experience in process industry operations, supported by a technical chemical process apprenticeship. Prior to this, Francis held the position of Utilities Shift Manager at SembCorp Utilities, overseeing the safe operation and optimization of assets while ensuring environmental compliance. Francis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership & Management from Northumbria University, obtained between 2013 and 2015.
