Melissa G. started their work experience in 1996 when they worked as the General Manager at Whitehall Co., Ltd. Melissa held this position until 2002 when they transitioned to become the President & CEO at MGX Beverage Group.

Melissa G. completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Amherst College in 1989. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Boston University and graduated in 2000. In 2001, they obtained a Certificate in Women's Leadership from the Center for Creative Leadership.
