Todd Kohn

Todd Kohn's work experience includes serving as the Director of People Operations at MGX Beverage Group since 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution from 2017 to 2022, including Director of Talent & HR Operations and Assistant Director of HR Operations & Talent. In these positions, they led initiatives to upgrade talent systems, improve recruitment and retention strategies, and manage the institution's foreign national program.

Before their time at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, Todd worked at The Boston Beer Company from 2003 to 2017, holding positions such as HR Operations Manager, Sr. HR Specialist, HR Specialist, and HR Coordinator. Todd also had a role as an Employee Relations Specialist at Destination XL Group, Inc. in 2001. Todd started their career as an HR Intern at The Hertz Corporation in 1999.

Todd Kohn holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Leadership and Organizational Transformation from the Questrom School of Business, Boston University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2014. Todd also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, specializing in Organizational Behavior and Finance, from the same institution between 1997 and 2001. In addition, Todd Kohn is currently pursuing a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci, which they are expected to obtain in 2024.
