Rachel Penn possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Advisor at m-hance since November 2022. Prior roles include Human Resources Assistant at The Rayware Group and HR Coordinator at NES Fircroft. Rachel has also held positions at United Utilities, both as L&D Project Administrator and HR Advisor, and has experience as International Oil & Gas Consultant at Quest Energy Resources Ltd. Previously, Rachel worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Manpower Professional and as a Recruitment Consultant at Rullion Personnel. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a 1st Class BA Hons in Human Resources Management, both from Liverpool John Moores University, and additional studies at Warrington Business School.
